Shipping Policy

All of my slimes are handmade with care!

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

 Weather

Slime may arrive sticky or stiff due to temperature changes during transit. Don’t worry this is completely normal! Each order includes a care card and activator to help get your slime back to the perfect texture.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, feel free to reach out to me!
